Pay securely
Pay securely through Stripe. Shipping is included in the displayed price. Items available to order are confirmed after you pay: your card is authorised, not charged, and we complete the charge only once the item is confirmed, normally within 2 business days. If we cannot confirm it, we cancel the authorisation.
Receive it in person
Delivery is tracked, insured for the full order value and requires the named recipient’s signature. We send the parcel to the address provided at checkout, without redirection or unattended delivery.
Get help if something is wrong
Contact us if your item arrives damaged or does not match its description. Keep the packaging and send photographs so we can help. Our Shipping & Returns policy explains return costs and refund arrangements. Your applicable consumer rights remain unchanged.
Before you order
Check the delivery address and allow for any import duties or taxes. Arrival estimates can be affected by customs or carrier delays. Contact us before buying if you need delivery by a particular date.
