Dispatch
In-stock items are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is completed, unless a shorter time is stated. Items available to order are confirmed after you pay: your card is authorised, not charged, and we complete the charge only once the item is confirmed, normally within 2 business days. If we cannot confirm it, we cancel the authorisation. We then dispatch within 5 business days.
Shipping and insurance
Expedited delivery is included in the displayed price. Your shipment is tracked, insured for the full order value and handed to the named recipient against a signature. We deliver only to your checkout address; parcels cannot be redirected or left unattended.
Duties and taxes
Import duties, taxes, customs processing and local charges in the destination country are paid by the buyer. They are not included in the price paid at checkout.
Returns
EU/EEA/UK consumers with an applicable statutory withdrawal right may notify concierge@vintagehk.hk within 14 days after delivery, or a longer period required by law, and return the item within the applicable follow-up period (normally 14 days after notification). Other mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. No additional voluntary change-of-mind return period is offered unless confirmed in writing before checkout.
For a discretionary withdrawal, the buyer pays the disclosed return shipping cost and must use tracked, fully insured transport. Contact concierge@vintagehk.hk for the return address and packing instructions. Return instructions do not restrict a statutory right to cancel.
Vintage HK bears appropriate return costs for defects, inauthenticity, transit damage before delivery or material misdescription. Report the issue with photographs and the order reference so that we can arrange the return.
Return the same item and all included items. Inspection is permitted; deductions for handling beyond reasonable inspection apply only where lawful and evidenced. Refunds use the original payment method after receipt or sufficient proof of return, within applicable statutory deadlines. Standard outbound delivery is included in the refund where required by law.
Sending an item back
Contact us for the return address and packing instructions. Use tracked, fully insured delivery and include all items supplied with the item. Your statutory rights remain unchanged.
